About Idea Forge Studios
A team of professional web designers, developers, and AI innovators serving businesses from Charlotte, NC to clients nationwide.
Idea Forge Studios opened for business in Charlotte, NC on September 1, 2009, and was incorporated as Idea Forge Studios LLC on November 17, 2011, with a simple mission: build digital experiences that actually work for small and mid-size businesses. No template shops, no cookie-cutter solutions — every project forged from scratch to fit the client's vision.
Seventeen years later, we've built more than 780 websites and care for about 170 live clients across the country. What started as web design has grown into a full-service digital agency — from custom e-commerce stores and graphic design to AI-powered tools that automate what used to take hours of manual work.
In 2025, we launched IDFS.AI — our suite of artificial intelligence products built from the ground up. DraftDash writes your blog. MOG guards your website. Ethel replaces your contact forms with AI voice conversations. Thea handles customer support. These aren't off-the-shelf tools — we built every one of them from years of experience managing hundreds of client websites.
We still keep it personal. Every client gets direct access to our team. Zoom meetings, phone calls, in-person visits in the Charlotte area. We list our pricing online because we believe transparency builds trust. And we don't just hand you a website and disappear — we provide training, monthly maintenance, and ongoing strategy to make sure your investment keeps working.

What We Believe
Transparency
We list our prices online. We explain our process. No surprise invoices, no hidden fees.

Innovation
We built an entire AI product suite because we saw what the future needed. We don't follow trends — we forge them.
