Every invoice we send carries its own secure payment link. We accept major credit cards, ACH, company checks, and wire transfers.
Four ways to settle up
Card or ACH — use the link on your invoice
The invoice we email you includes a secure payment link that opens our billing provider's own checkout page. Card and bank details are entered there, never on this website. If you cannot find your invoice, ask us to resend it and we will get a fresh link to you the same day.
Pay by phone
Prefer to read the card to a person? Call (980) 322-4500 during business hours and our billing team will take the payment directly.
Company check
Mail checks to the address in the sidebar. Please write your invoice number on the memo line so we can apply it to the right account.
Wire transfer
Contact billing and we will send wire instructions from our verified business email. We never send banking details unprompted, and we never change them mid-project by email. If you receive a message claiming our account details have changed, call us before sending anything.
A note on payment security
Idea Forge Studios does not collect credit card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes through any form on ideaforgestudios.com. Card details are only ever entered on our payment provider's secure checkout page. If any page or message asks you to type your full card number for Idea Forge Studios, treat it as fraudulent and call (980) 322-4500.
