We never ask for card numbers on this website
Idea Forge Studios does not collect credit card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes through any form on ideaforgestudios.com, by email, or by text message. Card details are only ever entered on our payment provider's own secure checkout page, which you reach through a link we send you directly.
If a page or message claiming to be from us asks you to type your full card number, treat it as fraudulent and call us at (980) 322-4500.
How to update your card

Reach out to billing
Call (980) 322-4500 or email [email protected] and let us know you need to update the card on your account. Please do not include any card details in your message.

We confirm it is really you
We confirm we are speaking with the account holder before anything changes. This usually means a quick call back to the number we already have on file.

You update the card yourself
We send a secure link that opens our payment provider's own checkout page. You enter the new card there. Idea Forge Studios never sees or stores the full card number.
