Forged Sites
Nobody knows what search looks like in three years. A template-and-plugin site is built for the rules that existed the day you bought it. Yours is plain code with an agent that knows every line of it, so when the rules move, we move.
What is a Forged Site?
A Forged Site is a custom-built, high-performance website that replaces the traditional CMS model entirely. Instead of logging into WordPress and wrestling with plugins, or dragging blocks around a visual builder, your site is managed by our AI operations team. You tell us what you need, and changes go live in minutes.
No CMS, No Builder
No dashboard to learn, no plugins to update, no page-builder to fight, no security patches to worry about. You focus on your business while our AI handles the tech.
MOG Site Director
Our AI site operations agent, MOG, monitors your site 24/7, handles updates, manages content changes, and keeps everything running at peak performance.
Changes in Minutes
Need a new page? Updated hours? A seasonal banner? Just ask through your client dashboard or chat with MOG directly. Changes deploy in minutes, not days.
What a Forged Site Does Not Have
Most website security advice is written for people who run servers. This is the version for people who run businesses. Part of what follows is a trade-off rather than a free win, and we spell that part out below. A break-in needs a way in, and here are three that your public pages do not have, because we never built them in.
No Admin Login on Your Public Site
There is no admin screen on your public pages to find and no password on it to guess. A login page has to be reachable by the people who legitimately need it, which usually means it is reachable by everyone else too. Yours does not exist.
No Plugin Ecosystem
A Forged Site is plain code we wrote and can read end to end. There is no add-on marketplace bolted to it, so there is no queue of third-party updates to chase and no add-on that can quietly go unmaintained, change owners, or ship a bad release straight into your site.
No Database Question Behind a Marketing Page
When someone loads one of your marketing pages, no database query sits between them and the page they asked for. That removes a family of attacks whose method is slipping instructions into a question the site asks its own database.
And when you do have a records system
Some businesses need more than pages, and we build that. When we do, it lives behind its own door with its own login, not on the page a stranger loads. The three sentences above are about your public marketing surface, which is the part the whole internet can reach. Keeping those two things separate is the point, not an exception to it.
The Number Underneath a Typical WordPress Site
A typical WordPress server is running code from roughly 15 to 30 third-party vendors at the same time: usually things like the theme, the page builder, the form handler, the SEO add-on, the cache layer, the gallery, the backup tool. Each one is written and maintained by a third party. Each one can be compromised on its own timeline, without anyone touching your site directly. Each one is a door you did not install.
None of that makes WordPress bad software. We still build WordPress sites, at full traditional rates, and we say so further down this page. It means part of your risk is somebody else’s release schedule.
The Trade-Off, Said Out Loud
You cannot log in and change your own site at 2 a.m. That is not a gap in the design, it is the design. The reason there is nothing to break into is that there is nothing to log into, and that includes you.
If being the person who makes the edits matters to you, a Forged Site is the wrong purchase, and we would rather say so now than after you sign.
What you do instead is email us, or talk to your MOG AI Site Director, and a human reviews the change before it reaches your site. How fast that path actually runs, and what the number does not promise, is set out in the audit trail section below.
The small stuff is not a change order at all. Typos, broken links, anything we broke, anything our own audit flagged: free, no counter, no cap, however many times you ask. A change order starts only when we are actually modifying the site or doing a genuine deep dive, and we tell you before, never bill you after.
Why One Business Came to Us
One business came to us because their site had been compromised, and the ad platform they were paying to send them customers had started rejecting their ads over it. A website problem had become an advertising problem.
We are not naming them. We do not name clients in our marketing, because none of them signed up to be a billboard. The shape of that story is the reason this section exists.
What This Does Not Mean
It does not mean nothing can ever go wrong. Software none of us wrote sits underneath every website on earth, ours included, and anything connected to the internet is worth attacking. Every plan puts Cloudflare in front of your site for CDN, SSL and DDoS protection, with business continuity backups behind it, because we assume something will eventually need defending.
What changes is how many separate parties can hand an attacker a key without you ever hearing about it. On a Forged Site that number is small, and what sits on top is plain code with an agent that knows every line of it.
Nobody Knows What Search Looks Like in Three Years
Google is no longer the only front door. Several AI assistants now answer the questions your customers used to type into a search box. Nobody can tell you honestly what that split will be three years from now.
We cannot tell you either, and we are not going to pretend we can. What we can tell you is what happens to your website on the day the answer changes, which is the only part of this you actually buy.
Built for the rules that existed the day you bought it
A theme, a page builder, and a stack of plugins is a set of decisions frozen on a purchase date. It works exactly as well as those decisions age.
When the rules move, you wait. You wait on a plugin author, a theme author, and a builder vendor to agree on what to do about it. Then you pay each of them to care.
Plain code, and an agent that knows every line of it
There is no plugin author to wait on, because there is no plugin. There is no theme vendor to wait on, because there is no theme. There is no visitor-facing admin login and no plugin ecosystem sitting between a reader and your page.
When the rules move, the change is a change we make, on code we wrote, on a site we already understand.
Changing your site is the ordinary operation of this business
That is not a promise about the future. It is what the work already looks like. Across 54 measured requests, the median time from an email arriving to a finished, verified change on a live site was five minutes. What that number is and is not is set out further down this page.
Noticing the change is also somebody’s job here, on every plan and at every price. Catori runs a monthly SEO, AEO, and GEO audit on your site. Vigil runs a monthly WCAG and ADA accessibility scan. Both are included on every tier.
If you have shopped the $300 to $500 a month subscription marketing package, compare that part specifically. Not the feature list. Ask what happens on the day the advice changes, and ask who has to agree before your site can follow it.
You are not betting on who wins. You are buying the ability to not have to care.
Within limits worth stating. If a whole channel dies, changing your website does not save you, and we would not claim otherwise. What you get is that the change costs you nothing and does not wait on three vendors to agree.
“Then why are you still doing directory listings?”
Because it is a hedge, and it is worth saying plainly what it is not. Directory and citation work is old-school local SEO. That was never the claim, and we are not going to dress it up as something newer than it is.
Current research finds that directory presence improves the odds of being the business an assistant recommends. It is a reasonable bet today. It may stop being a reasonable bet next quarter.
That volatility is the pitch, not the problem. When it changes, we change what we do for you, at no cost, because there is no template or plugin to replace. A vendor selling a fixed package cannot write that sentence. The package is the product. Ours is the work.

Size is not the limit. Completeness is. Ten pages sent as one complete message is one change order, not ten, because the expensive unit is the dispatch and not a stopwatch. If a request is genuinely too large for one pass, we will tell you before we start and help you split it cleanly, rather than surprise-charge you after the fact. Batching is the efficient path for both of us (see FAQ below).
Vigil runs a monthly WCAG / ADA compliance scan on your site. Catori runs a monthly SEO, AEO, and GEO audit. Both are included on every plan.
Additional pages beyond your plan limit: $45/page one-time fee. Extra directory citations beyond your plan: $2 each a la carte. Your page count is what we cover in the build, not a cap on the site: change orders can add pages, sections and new functionality later (see FAQ below).
Forged Site plans are offered through the Idea Forge Studios partnership with IDFS.AI. Site build is included with your commitment term. E-commerce sites require a traditional custom build.
*Third-party services including Cloudflare CDN, SSL, DDoS protection, and similar included features are provided under a fair use policy. Usage significantly beyond typical small-to-mid-size business levels may require upgraded service tiers at additional cost.
Want to know more about how this works so well — and why Forged outperforms traditional builders and platforms by a wide margin?
Read on below for the full case, ownership model, and the humans who stay in the loop with you.

You Can Leave, and Here Is Exactly What You Take
There are two ways out and you should know both before you sign. Complete your term and the site and its data are yours, delivered as an export. Or leave early by buying out the contract, at a published figure that shrinks every month you have been with us. We would rather show you the list than say the words “no lock-in” and leave you to find out what they meant.
What You Take With You
A complete export of your site: the page templates and the HTML they produce, your images, video and design assets, a current snapshot of your database content, and the deployment instructions to stand it back up. Plain code and plain files, not a proprietary bundle only we can open. There is no fee for it.
Clean Hand-Coded Pages
No page-builder spaghetti, no drag-and-drop bloat. Forged sites are plain, readable code — the kind any developer, or any AI, can open and understand. That is what makes the export worth having instead of a folder nobody can use.
What Stays With Us
The AI systems are ours and they do not come with the export: the Site Director, the blog engine, the audit and reporting tools, and the frameworks underneath them. During your term the site itself is our property and you hold the licence to it. Your own logos, photographs, copy and trademarks are yours the whole way through and always were.
When the door is open
There is no design fee, and no upfront cost. Most shops quote a build in the thousands before anyone touches a keyboard. Your build is carried inside the monthly instead, which is the single largest reason a Forged plan costs what it does. That is also why leaving early carries a buyout: it recovers part of the build we already paid for, on a formula that shrinks every month, with worked examples for every plan printed in the agreement. Ask us for the buyout figures for the plan you are considering and we will show you the table before you sign, not after.
Before your site goes live, either of us can walk away for any reason or no reason. There is no cost and no buyout in either direction, and you are not billed a monthly fee at all until the site is live, so there is nothing to refund. We absorb the build work we already spent, because nobody should pay for a site they never got to use.
At the end of your term, the agreement converts to month-to-month at the same monthly fee. Cancel any time with thirty days’ notice. No buyout. The export is delivered. If you prepaid your term, the month-to-month rate afterwards is the standard undiscounted fee for your plan rather than the prepaid one, and that is worth knowing before you prepay.
Leaving early, after go-live, means paying the buyout. It is a formula that shrinks every month you have been with us, with worked examples for each plan tier printed in the agreement itself. You still receive the export.
Would you rather not have a subscription at all? Idea Forge Studios also offers traditional project-based design with no subscription, no term and no buyout, and you may choose it instead at any time. It is written into the agreement as a genuine alternative rather than mentioned as a courtesy. The continuous AI services are not bundled into that model, and can be bought separately. Ask us for both numbers and pick the one that fits.
These are summaries of your agreement, not the agreement. Ask us for the clauses before you sign and read them yourself. We would rather answer the question now than argue about it later.
Scores That Speak for Themselves
Every Forged Site is built for near-perfect PageSpeed. Not "pretty good." Genuinely fast, on real Google metrics.
Migration Guarantee
If your current website is scoring poorly and we build you a Forged Site, we build it to hit near-perfect desktop PageSpeed and roughly 90 on mobile. If we fall short, we fix it at no charge.
Note: Sites with heavy third-party embeds (live chat widgets, video players, complex ad scripts) may see slight mobile reductions due to external script weight, not our code.

What DraftDash Actually Is
It is filler by design, so your site never goes stale. It is not written in your voice, and it is not trying to be. We would rather tell you that up front than have you find out in month three.
Filler, By Design
Most business owners never touch their site. DraftDash exists so yours does not sit unchanged for a year. It keeps something current on the page. That is the job it was built to do, and it does that job whether or not you are paying attention.
Not Your Voice
DraftDash does not write the way you talk, and we are not going to claim it does. What it writes is on topic and it carries its sources with it. A citation can be bad, and one line of an argument can fall out with it, though the general premise very rarely falls apart. That is worth knowing before you read one, and it is why the citations are printed where you can check them.
The Best Post Is One You Had a Hand In
Send a photo from a job this week and a couple of sentences about what happened on it, and that is what the post gets built from. You do not have to write it. A post built out of your own work will always beat one written from research alone, and we would rather publish that one.
You Can Drive It Yourself
You can pick the subject. You can send your own photos and job details. You can read the citations and tell us one is wrong or beside the point. That is how the blog is meant to be used, not a special request.
If a Post Is Wrong, Tell Us
A bad citation. A typo. A broken link. A subject that missed. If the miss is ours to any degree, fixing it is not a change order and never has been, and there is no cap on asking. When something you ask for genuinely is a change order, we tell you before we do it, not after.
Volume Is Tiered, Not Flat
There is no single posts-per-month number. It moves with your plan:
- Forged Lite: 1 post per month
- Forged Basic: 4 to 5 posts per month
- Forged Standard: around 10 per month
- Forged Professional: around 20 to 22 per month
- Forged Ultimate: daily, roughly 28 to 31 per month
If you never send us anything, the blog still runs on its own. That is what filler by design means. If you send one photo a month, it gets better. Both are supported, and neither one is the wrong answer. More about DraftDash.
What Ethel Does
Ethel is new, and she is not running on every site we host. What we can tell you is what she does and which plans include her. She is included from Forged Basic upward. Forged Lite does not include her, and the plan table above says so plainly. She usually gets described as a spam filter on your contact form, and that is the smallest part of her.
An Audio Way In
Some people will not fill out a form. Ethel gives them an audio-only path instead. They talk, and the message reaches you. It is a door for the customer who was about to close the tab.
She Learns Your Business
Ethel is set up around what your business actually does, rather than a generic script with your name dropped into it.
Drafts by Department
A sales question does not get answered the way a service question does. Ethel drafts the reply for the department the message belongs to. What she produces is a draft.
Routed to the Right Person
Messages go where they are supposed to go. Ethel routes each one to the person or address that owns it, instead of piling everything into one shared inbox nobody has claimed.
Where Ethel Is Today
Ethel is new. She is not running on every site we host, and we are not going to imply otherwise to sell you a plan. There is no adoption number to quote here, so we are not quoting one.
Which level of Ethel comes with which plan is set by the plan table above, and that table is what we honor if this copy and the table ever disagree. If you would rather keep a plain contact form, ask us. Questions cost nothing, in any volume, and we tell you before anything counts as a change order. More about Ethel.
Catori Analytics
Every month, Catori delivers a comprehensive intelligence report that analyzes your site's performance, search visibility, and growth opportunities. This is not a generic dashboard. It is a detailed, AI-generated analysis written specifically for your business.
Catori connects to your Google Search Console and Google Analytics to surface insights that most agencies charge to produce by hand.
What Catori Analyzes
- Google Search Console: impressions, clicks, CTR, position changes
- Page-by-page performance: which pages drive traffic, which underperform
- Google Analytics: sessions, bounce rates, conversion paths, audience data
- AI Search visibility: how your content appears in AI-powered search results
What You Receive
- Actionable recommendations prioritized by impact
- Keyword position changes and new ranking opportunities
- Content gaps your competitors are covering that you are not
- Technical health score with specific fix-it items
Vigil Watches Compliance
Vigil is our compliance agent. While Catori watches search, Vigil watches accessibility and site compliance — running ADA / WCAG-oriented scans and sweeps so issues get caught on a schedule, not only when someone happens to notice.
On Forged Sites, Vigil re-checks as part of the deploy and ongoing operations rhythm: heading structure, alt text, contrast, keyboard paths, and the compliance pages every serious site needs. Findings feed the human loop — we do not ship fixes blind.
- ADA / WCAG-oriented scans and sweeps
- Re-checked on deploys and ongoing cycles
- Flags issues for human review and fix
- Paper trail that supports a good-faith compliance posture
Custom Widgets and Small CRMs
A Forged Site is a brochure site. That is the plan you are buying, and it does not include a store. What it does not have to be is a set of pages sitting apart from the system your business already runs. Where that system has a way in, we connect the site to it. Where the piece you need does not exist at all, we build it into your site rather than send you off to rent another subscription.
The method is subtraction
A template-and-plugin site grows by addition. You start with the template, then add a plugin for the thing it does not do, then another for the next thing. Every plugin you add is another vendor’s code running on your site. We work the other way. We strip the job down to what your business actually needs, then build only the gap. Nothing else ships.
We connect to what you already run
You do not have to move off the CRM or the scheduling system your team already knows. Where a system has a way in, we connect your site to it, so what a visitor sends lands where your people are already looking. We do not print a wall of vendor logos here, because we will not claim a connection we have not actually made for you. Tell us what you run and we will go look at it.
We build only the gap
A gap can be small: one step your staff currently handles by phone or by hand. Small does not mean generic. It is written for your process, and it is part of the site you are already paying for rather than a widget you rent from someone else on their terms.
It can live inside the site
Not everything should move. If a system your team relies on is doing its job, the right answer is to connect to it and leave it alone. But records that would otherwise need a separate rented system can live in the site itself, behind their own login: one place to look, one place to keep current.
What that can look like
Take a membership organisation that runs hundreds of events a year and has to keep its member and organiser records straight while it does. If that is spread across separate subscriptions, each holding a piece of the same organisation, it does not have to be. It can live inside the site, next to the public pages, run by the same people who run the organisation.
We describe the shape of the work rather than the client, on purpose. We do not have a single client’s naming permission on record, so we are not going to borrow it. If you want to hear about a comparable build, ask us on the phone.
What it costs to ask, and what it costs to build
- Asking is free. Email questions of any volume, no credit, no cap. If the answer is one we can simply give you, we give it to you.
- A real investigation is a change order, and we ask you first. When the question needs development thought rather than an opinion, we say so before we start: “That one’s a proper piece of research. It’ll cost a change order, but we’ll get really good answers. Want me to run it?” You always get to say no. We ask before. We never bill after.
- What comes back is an answer and a plan. Not only whether it can be done, but what building it takes: that dive cost one, building it is about two or three more. Bigger asks are quoted in change orders, not refused. How a change order works.
- If the miss is ours to any degree, it is not a change order at all. Anything we broke, anything our own audit flagged, anything that is on us: free, every time.
Where we stop
We do not do e-commerce. Forged Sites are brochure sites. If you need a store with a cart, inventory and payments, that is a different category of software and it is not what a Forged plan is. We would rather tell you that in the first conversation than sell you a plan that cannot do the thing you came for and let you find out later.
Two more limits worth saying out loud. We will not promise a connection to a system we have not looked at, because some systems have no way in, and when that is the answer that is the answer you will get. And subtraction cuts both ways: sometimes the honest recommendation is that you do not need the thing you asked for, or that what you already have is fine. We would rather build nothing than build you something else to maintain.
Not sure which side of that line your idea falls on? Ask. That part is free.
WordPress Design, Still Offered at Full Rates
Forged is our flagship — but it is not your only option. If you want a traditional WordPress build, Idea Forge Studios still designs and develops them at our standard, full design rates, with access to our full team of designers.
We keep those rates at full price on purpose. A Forged Site delivers the speed, accessibility, and hands-off management most businesses want, for a fraction of the ongoing effort. Forged is how our clients save. WordPress is here when you specifically need it.
Most Agencies’ Defense Is Amnesia. Ours Is a Receipt.
Ask us what happened three weeks ago and we can tell you. Not from memory. From the record of the work: when the request came in, when the change went live, and whether an agent or a person dispatched it. That sounds like a small thing until something goes wrong on your site. Then it is the difference between settling an argument and starting one.
When it landed
We timed 54 changes end to end, from an email arriving to a finished, verified change live on the site. The median was 5.0 minutes. A median describes what already happened. It promises nothing about your next request, and half of those 54 took longer than it. Correcting a phone number is not the same job as rewriting a service page.
Who dispatched it
Of those same 54 changes, 74% were dispatched by an agent rather than by a person, and for all 54 the record says which. This tells you who dispatched a change, and only that. Who dispatched yours is a question with an answer, not a reassurance.
What it looked like before
We have exactly one instrument-matched before and after: one site, measured with one tool, not a fleet average. On that one, the same accessibility scanner was run on the old site and on the replacement. Nine classes of violation before. Zero violations across twenty-one pages after.
Why we can afford to own a mistake
Because there is a record, we can tell whose miss it was. That is the whole commercial point of keeping one. When the miss is ours to any degree, it is not a change order at all. It is not billed, and it does not count against your monthly allowance.
- Typos, broken links, and anything we broke: free, no count, no ceiling.
- Anything our own monthly Vigil or Catori audit flagged: our finding, our fix, our cost.
- Email questions, at any volume, and any answer we can simply give you: free forever.
A change order starts in exactly two places. Either we are actually modifying the site, or you have asked for a genuine deep dive that needs development thought rather than an opinion. We tell you which one it is before we start it, and you get to say no. We ask before. We never bill after.
What this record is not
It is our record of our own work, and we are the ones who keep it. No outside party audits it or signs off on it. You should weight it accordingly, and we would rather say that here than have you work it out later. The 5.0-minute figure is 54 changes we measured, not every change we have ever made.
So where an outside record exists, use that one instead of ours. Google publishes PageSpeed Insights free, and it does not care who is asking. Run it on your current site today and keep the number. Run it again after we build. Neither of us controls what it says, which is exactly what makes it worth more than a screenshot from us.
Do the same with an accessibility scanner if you can. Almost nobody captures a before, which is why almost nobody can show you a real after. Take yours now, whoever you end up hiring.

Forged Sites FAQ
Straight answers about change orders, the AI Site Director, and how the plans actually work.
Why do plans count change orders instead of just open-ended hours?
Because the expensive unit is not a stopwatch — it is a dispatch.
Every time you open a change order, the MOG AI Site Director boots with its full site memory and audit trail intact: your pages, prior decisions, constraints, and history. That context is what lets changes ship in minutes instead of multi-day tickets. It is also what costs real compute.
Five piecemeal emails mean five cold boots of the same memory stack. One batched request means one boot and everything done together. As a site ages and its memory grows, that gap only widens. Counting change orders keeps the incentive honest for both of us: batch what you can, and one dispatch goes much further than traditional design hours — because the Director is already in the room with full context.
That is not a prediction. It is how the system actually runs. We would rather sell you that efficiency than invent a scare story about runaway pricing.
What counts as one change order?
One change order is one coordinated request we can execute in a single dispatch — for example a set of copy updates across a few pages, a new section, hours/seasonal banner, or a small package of related fixes. If you send five separate emails on five different mornings, that is five change orders even when each is small.
Send one list (“please do all of these this week”) and we treat it as one. Your plan counts change orders, which is how many times we spin the Director up for you. It does not put a stopwatch on you. There is a practical limit to how much work fits in a single dispatch, and that limit is ours to manage rather than yours to track: if a request is genuinely too large for one pass, we will tell you before we start and help you split it cleanly, rather than surprise-charge you after the fact.
Does every plan include MOG, Vigil, and Catori?
Yes. Every Forged plan includes the MOG AI Site Director, a monthly Vigil WCAG / ADA compliance scan, and a monthly Catori SEO, AEO, and GEO audit. What changes across tiers is page count, DraftDash volume, Ethel, citation coverage, and how many change orders (and minutes) you have each month.
What if I need more citations than my plan includes?
Extra directory citations beyond your plan are available a la carte at $2 per citation. Forged Lite does not include a citation package; higher tiers include progressive coverage of the major aggregators.
Is a human still involved, or is this only AI?
A human is always in the loop. Material changes and DraftDash drafts pass a human audit before they go live. You can reach a designer and code-fluent team member — usually a Google Meet within a day or two, same day when it is an emergency. The AI does the heavy lift; people stay on the critical path. See A Human Is Always in the Loop above.
Is my site capped at the number of pages in my plan?
No. The page count is what we cover in the build, whether we are bringing an existing site over or starting from scratch. It is not a ceiling on what the site can become.
After that, change orders expand it in any direction you want: more pages, more sections, new material, and functionality that did not exist when we launched. A single page is usually one change order. Heavier functionality is not, and we will tell you the number before we start it, never after — something substantial might be three or four, and you can spread that across months or add a pack.
If you would rather just buy pages outright without spending orders, they are $45 each, one-time.
How fast do I see something?
One business day to a rough draft is the norm. Three business days is the guarantee. Not a wireframe and not a mood board: a real draft of your site, on a real address, that you can open on your phone.
We would rather you react to something concrete than approve a description of it. Whatever comes back, the direction changes from there, and that part is a conversation rather than a change order.
*Fair Use Policy
All Forged Site plans include third-party services such as Cloudflare CDN, SSL certificates, DDoS protection, and similar infrastructure at no additional cost. These services are provisioned under standard-use tiers appropriate for small-to-mid-size businesses.
If your site's traffic, bandwidth, or resource usage significantly exceeds levels typical for your plan tier, we may need to upgrade the underlying third-party service to a paid tier. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and work together to find the most cost-effective solution. Any additional costs will be transparently communicated before they are incurred.
This policy applies to all included third-party services and is designed to ensure reliable performance for every client. The vast majority of businesses will never be affected by this policy.
