This is based on adding WooCommerce to a WordPress website. What this does is add shipping, taxes and payment systems for product purchasing. 2 hours of training is included to help you understand how your storefront works. Get all the user info you want, how you want it (smaller or larger forms will be custom priced i.e. medical history forms, larger customer consent forms, etc.)
It usually ends up being this cost or less, but it could be a little more. This is a good reference for overall costs without getting into huge customizations or massive databases of products or pages that need to be created or imported in.
